Cooking/Preparation time: 30 mins
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 heaped tsp Cajun seasoning
Preheat the oven to 220C / 425F.
Chop the ends off the sweet potatoes and then insert into a spiralizer to create long, curly strings (cut these strings in half with a pair of clean scissors if shorter fries are desired). In a large mixing bowl, toss the fries with the seasoning until fully coated.
Spread the fries out onto a non-stick baking tray, ensuring that they don’t overlap.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, turning the fries over gently halfway through.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Notes: If using a hand spiralizer, it is best to peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into quarters before use.
